When you are committed and happy to proceed with the purchase, we will act on your behalf, talk through the approach, make the offer, negotiate the terms and liaise with the relevant parties – always at every stage, with your full agreement.

It is easier to detach yourself from the emotion of the purchase and deal through a third party who is acting in your best interests, and has an understanding of the ebb and flow of the negotiation. You will probably want a Surveyor for a structural survey. We will locate one on your behalf and make the arrangements. We will ensure ongoing progress with Agent, Solicitor and Surveyor so that the purchase moves forward to a successful conclusion with exchange of contracts and completion.
