Richard Field Property Search has introduced 'Property Doctor' because we are consistently approached by vendors and purchasers for advice and guidance on:

  • what's happening with prices and trends in this fast-moving and volatile market
  • what action they should take right now to buy or sell a property
  • which agent they might appoint to sell their property
  • reassurance that they are doing the best thing
  • whether we have clients who are interested in buying their property

With our invaluable experience we bring a refreshingly logical and mature approach to the concerns confronting potential property buyers and sellers. Our 'Property Doctor' service is confidential and entirely separate from our retained property search & acquisition service, with no hidden commissions payable to us by estate agents.

Benefits of the 'Property Doctor' service:

  • acting in an advisory role in appointing the right agent for your property
  • appraising agents' recommendations to you and providing you with an independent and well-informed opinion

The service is available:

  • on a 'one-off' fee basis, payable in advance (see Agreement Terms and Conditions)
  • for a period of 3 months (so you can seek our advice at any time for a third party point of view on a way forward and the possible options open to you)
